KLYXA International LLC operates the online platform available at klyxa.com (the “Platform”). The Platform acts as a technical intermediary, facilitating the booking of services (e.g., beach bed rentals, restaurant reservations, leisure activities) offered by independent third-party service providers (“Operators”). KLYXA itself is not the provider of the services booked through the Platform. The contractual relationship for the booked service is directly between the User and the Operator.

3. Responsibility for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws. However, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to, content, descriptions, pricing, and availability information provided by Operators listing their services on the Platform (“Operator Content”). While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Operator Content.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
